Use the portal only through an account authorized by OTG Advisory and for work within its assigned permissions. Keep your portal credentials private and connect the Google identity assigned to your work. Google authorization does not itself grant a portal account, another department's records or access to files that Google has not shared with you.

Review the target and intended result before uploading, creating, renaming, moving or moving a Google file to Trash. Apply the same care to work-record and permission changes. Summaries, partial reads, previous-read figures and optional AI responses need to be checked against their source and displayed status before making a work decision. The portal's accounting displays do not execute bank transfers.

Read the privacy policy for the data accessed, stored and shared by Google-connected features and optional AI assistance. Use only data you are authorized to process. If an account is incorrect, a permission changes, a source cannot be read or you need records corrected or deleted, contact OTG Advisory using the support address below.
