A shared place for company work

Staff use the portal to find permitted company files and review accounting, payment, property management and sales work. Access depends on each portal account's role, department and assigned work items.

Connecting an assigned Google account lets the portal identify that account and access permitted Google Drive files, Google Sheets and Drive activity for company work. Authorized file actions may also create spreadsheets, upload, rename, move or move files to Trash. Google account consent does not itself grant a portal account or access to another person's files.

Optional AI assistance can process authorized files through an external AI provider when that feature is enabled and used. Read our privacy policy before connecting Google or using those features.
